This channel-enabled solution gives Lenovo 360-degree functionality that includes Renewal Analytics and Alerts, Workflow and Reporting, Customer Service Requests and Audit Trails, Contracting Quoting Functions, Entitlement, and Complex Billing Management in 136 languages and 155 currencies in more than 195 countries around the globe.

MMI managed LSCS for Lenovo for 4 years, providing 7×24 global support; and then seamlessly transitioned the management, maintenance, and support of the solution to Lenovo.

LSCS manages several hundred million dollars of Lenovo’s service portfolio and they plan to expand their solution to  other lines of its services businesses in the near future.
