I am inherently a builder – of teams, products, and processes. Nothing makes me happier than to identify the strengths of employees and then mentor them to fulfill their career path objectives. Our company culture is based on honest and objective team building, and continual growth of all team members is paramount to MMI’s success.
And, whether it’s envisioning new products and processes or dissecting a problematic situation, I love to engage my creative side and problem-solving skills in order to develop winning solutions and strategies!
When not immersed in MMI-related activities, I am passionate about sports — attending both professional and college events, especially KU Jayhawks games! Spending time with my family and working on home improvement projects refreshes me immensely, and if I can sneak in some shopping and antiquing, my life is complete!
