With almost 20 years of successes in strategy development, business planning, and leadership advisory, Claire Millsap has established herself as a leader in Sales and Marketing in the SaaS, Software & Software Consulting industries, and service revenue generation business. In her most recent endeavor, Claire has assisted MMI in building a high-performing sales organization that drives sales and revenue for multiple product lines on an international platform. In her role as Director of Sales Consultancy, Claire has worked to expand operations and lead consistent growth of the company’s sales revenue.

Claire is a Subject Matter Expert and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership including the CEO and executive staff. At MMI, she is a key contributor on the Senior Leadership Team and promoted growth and development strategies, including a 3-year business plan for the enterprise. Claire leverages her acumen and passion for business to develop winning business cases and ensuring innovative product development by partnering with internal and external customers. She owns the customer relationship and builds rapport to drive long-term business as new software features and rollouts become available. This was evidenced by helping to secure large accounts, such as Lenovo, and serving in an advisory role to help them utilize the proprietary software product seamlessly into their business model.

Claire constantly looks to bridge business and technology across every customer interaction. She approaches all client relationships by addressing their unique challenges and providing tools, technology, and custom builds to ensure customer success.

Claire has a successful career track including serving as an Outsourcing Manager / Asset Management Specialist and working with a top IBM business partner. Her accolades include earning a Women of the Channel Award each year from 2013-2016. She also possesses a Six Sigma Lean/DFSS – Green Belt certification which, combined with her client relationship management skills, help her drive business strategies that exceed goals for clients and MMI alike.

Claire serves as a company spokesperson and present content at industry conferences, customers, press and analysts.

For the past 15+ years, working with this dynamic leadership team and our extraordinary customers to deliver world class software and services. Each day I help bridge the communication gap across business and technology, furthering the position of MMI in the software sales and consulting industry while identifying new opportunities for success.

Living in beautiful South Florida allows me to spend a good deal of time outdoors, hiking with my husband and playing in the sun.  And although you would never believe that South Florida has ice hockey, I have spent the past several years cheering on my son and his team, as he played competitive hockey all over Florida and the US.

Tina Lux-Boim is a co-founder of MMI and serves as the company’s President & CEO. In this role, Tina oversees the day to day operations of the business, and works with the rest of the management team on setting overall strategy and driving execution.
Lina Sosa
Lina SosaVice President
Lina M. Sosa is the Vice President of Business Execution for MMI. She is responsible for sales execution, account growth, day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction for all MMI’s customers. In her role, Ms. Sosa directs the outsourcing sales and customer service efforts of MMI.
