MMI Releasing Version 2.0 of their Asset Management Software, ONEview, In Early 2012

Boca Raton, FL – In January, Managed Maintenance, Inc., a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) and maintenance contract consulting provider will release the much anticipated Version 2.0 of their web-based portal application, ONEview. MMI’s ONEview portal eases the burden of end-user customers in managing all of their company hardware, software, and maintenance and warranty contracts, while also providing an important tool for technology providers looking to grow and manage this valuable annuity-based revenue stream. The release of ONEview Version 2.0 has been much anticipated by users, and is scheduled for release Saturday, January 21st.

ONEview Version 2.0 was largely driven by feedback from existing MMI customers relying heavily on MMI’s original ONEview software application. With the new Version 2.0, MMI has developed enhancements that will better support customers, and appeal to future users still grappling with managing or growing their maintenance business. Some highlights of Version 2.0 include a newer look that is easier to navigate, customizable views, the ability to see expired and pending terms on multiyear contracts, customizable notifications (i.e. contract, warranty and software license expiration notifications) and advanced search functionality for more concise reporting. Additional enhancements include the ability to use various colors for easy identification of an asset’s status, selection of specific criteria to view a group of assets, and other specialized functions.
