Trish is a senior marketing executive with 15+ years’ experience spanning strategic business development, brand management, and operational leadership roles for rapid growth organizations in and outside the technology channel.  As MMI’s Director of Marketing and Sales Operations, Trisha’s efforts have helped to secure MMI’s position as the recognized leader in IT asset and contract management solutions for the technology channel.

A natural leader and committed teammate, Trish has a proven track record of balancing strategy with execution. Joining MMI in 2009, Trish played a pivotal role in the development of MMI’s marketing and branding strategy and business development efforts.  Trish spearheaded efforts to maximize the effectiveness of MMI’s sales teams by employing integrated marketing automation solutions and internal sales tools to build scalable, repeatable, persona-based lead generation programs that support top-of-the-funnel activities.  The multi-channel marketing efforts led by Trish continue to drive and support MMI’s brand recognition strategy in a highly competitive market and supports MMI’s drive to meet and exceed revenue and client acquisition goals year after year. Trish consistently finds new and innovative ways to generate and maintain interest in MMI’s product and services and leads efforts to integrate existing customer success programs with the efforts and activities of MMI’s sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

During her tenure, Trish has also demonstrated a willing propensity for managing the sales operations sector for MMI.  Having a technical aptitude and a passion for data, reporting, and process improvement, Trish led efforts to create customized and automated sales and marketing processes within MMI’s CRM system, helping the company to achieve operational excellence while providing business units with on-demand access to reporting, analytics, and actionable insights.  Operational efforts guided by Trish afford MMI’s teams the ability to regularly evaluate and measure the success of existing sales and marketing programs and to easily make changes in order to optimize performance.

In conjunction with her strategic marketing, operations, and business development responsibilities, Trish directs activities associated with MMI’s media relations firm, outsourced sales efforts, advertising, tradeshow strategy and participation, and MMI’s website and online presence.  Today, Trish drives MMI’s marketing message to address discerning customer needs by performing market research, SWOT analysis, and in-depth competitor evaluation. Trish also develops and manages large marketing and operations budgets to drive growth at optimal cost to the organization.

Trish has a bachelor’s degree in political science and has been recognized with awards such as 2014 CRN Woman of the Channel, 2013 Winner: 20 Women to Watch in Sales Lead Management, 2013 Winner: SalesFUSION Marketing Hero Award and a 2012 DemandGen Sales & Marketing Integration Award.

I really embrace the challenge of solving business problems and navigating through complex client and operational challenges.  I am always looking to improve the status quo.  I like getting things done and seeing the output of my efforts.  I have a passion for data and technology and love finding ways to leverage both to help us achieve our business objectives.  I enjoy helping great ideas come to fruition and seeing how the outcome positively impacts our business, our clients, and our partners.

As a native New Yorker I have acclimated nicely to the tropical South Florida weather. On the weekends I can be found pursuing my passion for animal rescue.  Whether helping out a homeless kitty or rescuing a shelter dog, I have found both happiness and meaning helping forgotten animals living on the outskirts of our society.

When I’m not out trying to make the world a better place for homeless animals I can be found indulging the whims of my sweet, funny, and bright 9-year old girl.  For me, the best kind of weekend is a quiet weekend spent at home with my family.  In terms of civic responsibilities? I recycle….everything.  And I participate in grass-roots community action groups with hopes of making the world a little safer for future generations.

Lina M. Sosa is the Vice President of Business Execution for MMI. She is responsible for sales execution, account growth, day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction for all MMI’s customers. In her role, Ms. Sosa directs the outsourcing sales and customer service efforts of MMI.

George is the newest member of MMI’s leadership team but has made an impact in his short tenure with MMI. Georges overseas the company’s product and business analyst teams and their efforts to coordinate product updates and developments with the technology side of the business.
