Tina Lux-Boim is a co-founder of MMI and serves as the company’s President & CEO. In this role, Tina oversees the day to day operations of the business, and works with the rest of the management team on setting overall strategy and driving execution.
A successful serial entrepreneur, Tina has launched several businesses from the ground up and built them into multi-million dollar operations. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with in-depth expertise in hardware service and maintenance and software licensing.
Before starting MMI, Tina started and ran two business units for Champion Solutions Group (CSG), an IBM Premier Business Partner and major provider of technology infrastructure solutions. She first launched and grew their software consulting practice, leading a team of sales and technical experts in growing the unit to $15MM in revenue in just 3 years.
Tina then formed a technology service contract and consulting business unit and led this highly profitable business in sustained growth to over $30MM in revenues in 6 years. Recognizing a real market need, she coordinated with CSG to spin out the business unit as a separate company, establishing MMI in March 2007. Under Tina’s leadership, MMI has emerged as the pre-eminent SaaS provider of maintenance and support services, and with that, MMI has continued to grow year over year in both revenue and profitability.
Tina has received many honorary mentions and awards. Most recently, Tina was recognized as a 2016 CRN Channel Chief. Tina was also named one of CRN’s “2014 Women of the Channel” which celebrates the accomplishments of those female executives making their mark in the IT channel. In addition, Tina was recognized on the CRN “Power 50 Solution Provider List” which honors an elite subset of women executives at solution provider organizations who are extending their respective company’s sphere of influence as trusted advisers. Tina takes on the role of mentor and coach to individuals both on and off her leadership team and she herself participates as a member of Vistage of South Florida a program for the development of top executives around the country.
Lina M. Sosa is the Vice President of Business Execution for MMI. She is responsible for sales execution, account growth, day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction for all MMI’s customers.
In her role, Ms. Sosa directs the outsourcing sales and customer service efforts of MMI. Ms. Sosa brings intrinsic value to each transaction while efficiently decreasing the cost of support to MMI and its customers based on her 20 years experience in the industry. She ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing a very rigorous employee training program, promoting quarterly interaction with each customer and consistently meeting scheduled deadlines. As a member of MMI’s Executive Leadership team, Ms. Sosa works closely with each department to ensure the company attains its business objectives.
For the past 20+ years she has been working in Sales & Marketing and has spent the past 9 years in the Business Partner Channel where she has developed an in-depth understanding of the manufacturer-distribution-reseller model specializing in IBM Hardware and Software Maintenance. In 2014, Ms. Sosa was recognized as a “CRN Women of the Channel” which highlights the accomplishments of women executives within vendor, distribution, and solution provider organizations, and the impact they have on the advancement of the IT channel.
Ms. Sosa was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States in 1990. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelors Degree in International Business Administration and is currently a member of Vistage, a peer group for Business Leaders, where she continues to develop her leadership abilities and helps others do the same.

Claire Millsap is MMI’s Director of Solutions Development and Sales Consultancy. She is responsible for managing the MMI sales methodology, either directly or by guiding others within the MMI team. In this role, Claire heads up MMI’s product management and consulting practice, pairing MMI’s unique service offerings with the customer’s needs. Working closely with Marketing, Claire ensures that all sales campaigns, collateral and messaging reflect the corporate initiatives and goals. As a leader within MMI, Claire collaborates with all MMI teams and departments, including Strategic Outsourcing, Operations and Development.
Claire has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and Human Resources Management from Eckerd College, in St. Petersburg, FL. and holds a Six Sigma certification. Claire was introduced to IBM Maintenance while employed at an IBM Premier Business Partner, where she managed IBM Maintenance Contracts and Renewals for the Partner’s many fortune 500 customers. After much success during her career with the Business Partner, Claire was offered the opportunity to accompany Tina Lux-Boim to MMI, a new start up company focused on assisting customers with building their maintenance annuity business and providing a unique SaaS portal for tracking warranty and contract renewals.
At MMI, Claire has made great contributions in the growth of the company by increasing MMI’s annual revenues and annuity stream business, through new account acquisition and building solid customer relationships. Pierre Mathieu is the Chief Technology Officer at MMI. He oversees design, implementation and administration of technology within the company. He works closely with MMI’s team of software engineers to develop new technologies that enhance MMI’s offerings, as well as evaluating the latest innovations that can be of benefit to the company.
Pierre holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science (with Internet Engineering concentration) and is currently pursuing a PhD in the same field from Florida Atlantic University. Pierre brings to MMI over 10 years of experience in the software development industry. His previous employments include Senior Software developer and Database Administrator for large enterprises. Starting at MMI as a developer, Pierre’s proficiency in Software design and architecture, as well as his dedication to professional excellence and continued professional growth, earned him a promotion to his current position.
On a daily basis Pierre interacts with MMI’s various departments to ensure all technology needs are being met and he works directly with MMI Management on the implementation and maintenance of technological ventures to accomplish the company’s goals.

Trish McLoughlin currently serves MMI in the role of Director of Marketing and Sales Operations. In her role, Trish must unify the efforts of both sales and marketing to create a vehicle in which MMI brings its offerings and services to its customers and the marketplace as a whole.
Trish has a Bachelors of Science degree, with a major in Political Science from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. While having never received a formal education in marketing, Trish gained several years of valuable hands-on marketing experience under the leadership of an IBM Premiere Business Partner President & CEO. In that time, Trish learned a lot about the IBM Business Partner Channel, and the methods and means necessary to help further the goals and ambitions of a profitable and well established Value Added Reseller.
Trish brought this experience with her to MMI, and has since proven herself to be an integral part of MMI’s leadership team, using both traditional and non-traditional marketing methods to further MMI’s presence in the marketplace. As Director of Marketing for Managed Maintenance Inc., Trish has developed MMI’s marketing & sales efforts from its infancy into a highly automated, integrated, and successful, results-driven division of the company. In 2012 MMI was recognized with DemandGens 2012 Sales & Marketing Integration Award for accomplishments in driving revenue through lead generation and management programs, and leveraging marketing automation technology to create more sophisticated and repeatable processes for success. In 2013 Trish represented MMI on the Sales Lead Management Association’s list of Top 20 Women to Watch in Sales Lead Management and in 2014, Trish was recognized as a “CRN Women of the Channel” which highlights the accomplishments of women executives within vendor, distribution, and solution provider organizations, and the impact they have on the advancement of the IT channel.
